Francesca Ornella Profico is a PhD candidate at iHub. Her research investigates the ethical implications of AI in education through an empirical-philosophical lens, examining how AI challenges core pedagogical values, with a particular focus on students with special needs. 

Francesca obtained both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees (cum laude) in Philosophical Sciences from the University of Bologna. She is also a fully certified, permanent teacher within the Italian public education system.
